You can reprocess them from the original photos. Download the originals and your delivered outputs before you cancel, because DroneDeploy disables exports after cancellation. Then upload each flight folder, with its control file if you used GCPs, and the site is rebuilt as a new project.
No. Every plan includes view links that open in any current browser without a seat or a login. You can set an expiry date on each link.
