1. The service
Dronemapping processes drone photos into orthomosaics, elevation models, 3D models, point clouds, contours and measurements, stores them, and lets you share them. The features and limits of each plan are listed on the pricing page.
2. Your account
- You need a valid work email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for the people you add as team members and for what they do in your account.
- Keep access to your email secure, because sign-in codes are sent there.
- Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Plans, billing and renewal
- Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance, in US dollars, plus any applicable tax.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Each plan includes a monthly image quota that resets with the billing period. Unused quota does not carry over. More processing in a month requires a higher plan.
- Upgrades apply straight away with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply from the next period.
- Enterprise plans are governed by the order form or contract signed with us, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time in the billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed after that. Fees for a started period are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Your data
You own your photos, outputs and measurements. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display them only to provide the service to you and the people you share them with. You can export your data at any time while your account is active. After the account is closed, we delete your data in line with the privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use
- Fly and capture data in line with the aviation rules, permits and property rights that apply to you. You are responsible for your flights.
- Do not upload data you have no right to process, or data that is unlawful.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or access other accounts.
- Do not resell access to the service except by sharing results with your own clients through view links.
7. Measurements and professional judgment
Outputs and measurements depend on the photos, flight settings, ground control and coordinate systems you provide. They support your professional work and do not replace it. Where a result is used for legal boundaries, payment certificates or engineering decisions, a qualified professional must review it.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running and to protect your data. We may improve or change features over time. If a change materially reduces your plan during a paid period, we tell you in advance and you may cancel. Enterprise uptime commitments are set in the Enterprise agreement.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data that you could have exported. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, after notice where possible. You can close your account at any time. Sections on data, liability and governing terms survive termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change is significant, we tell account owners by email before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
