Drones, cameras and processing
Any drone that saves geotagged JPEG photos works, including DJI, Autel, Parrot and Skydio aircraft. Multispectral cameras that write separate band images are processed on the Business plan.
No. Processing runs in the cloud and the app runs in the browser, so a regular laptop or a Mac is enough. See photogrammetry software for Mac.
Fly a grid at constant altitude with enough front and side overlap, keep the camera pointed straight down for maps, and add oblique passes when you need a detailed 3D model. Drone mapping overlap covers the settings.
It depends on the number and size of photos. A typical site flown in one or two batteries is ready the same day, and you get an email when each project finishes.
An orthomosaic, a digital surface model and a digital terrain model on every plan, plus a 3D textured model, a dense point cloud and contours on Team and above.
Accuracy and survey work
Accuracy depends on ground sampling distance, overlap, camera quality and ground control points. With ground control points and checkpoints you get an accuracy report with checkpoint residuals on Team and above. Our guide to drone mapping accuracy explains each factor.
Yes, on Team and above. Import GCP coordinates as CSV, mark each target in a few photos, and set some points aside as checkpoints to measure accuracy independently.
Outputs can be delivered in WGS 84 or in a projected coordinate system chosen by EPSG code, such as a State Plane or UTM zone, with vertical units in meters or US survey feet.
Yes. Team and above export contours as DXF and SHP at the interval you choose, ready for civil design software.
Image quota and plans
Each photo in a processed dataset counts once. Viewing, measuring, exporting and sharing never use quota. The quota resets at the start of each billing period.
Move to a higher plan for that period. There is no separate purchase and nothing to top up.
Yes. The interactive demo measures a real elevation surface and checks your own flight photos, with nothing to install. Paid plans start at $99 per month.
Yes. Yearly and Enterprise plans are invoiced, and Enterprise supports purchase orders.
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and you can export everything before it ends. Full details are on the pricing page.
Sharing and your data
Yes. View links need no seat, and clients open the map, the 3D model and your measurements in any browser.
Yes, on Team and above. The share page shows your logo and colours.

You do. Your photos and every output belong to your company. Export originals and outputs at any time, on every plan.
